Coach Chris’ unique experience has served as a valuable asset for the Judah Baseball Academy. The product of a military family, Chris had the opportunity to experience and contribute to baseball across the United States as a player and coach. In his 20 years of coaching experience, Chris has maintained his focus of helping athletes develop physically and mentally, allowing them to compete at the highest levels of the sport.
In addition to his focus on training and developing the next generation of baseball stars, Chris is proud of his 9 years of semi-pro playing experience with the National Adult Baseball Association (NABA) and Men’s Senior Baseball League (MSBL) as well as his work as an umpire for EVOA. Coach Chris enjoys attending his son Damaris' football games and spending time with his daughter Cora.
Coach K is a veteran of the game of baseball at all levels. His passion began when he was young while watching his father play fastpitch softball. Growing up in Fremont, Coach K participated in F.B.I. and Babe Ruth Programs before entering high school. As a high school athlete, Coach K played varsity level baseball all four years and went on to continue his career in college with the highly competitive programs at Ohlone and Chabot.
From college, Coach K moved to the Fresno area where he participated in a Men’s Adult Travel Baseball league. As a pitcher, he pitched a perfect season and helped his team achieve the Valley Championship in back to back seasons.
As a member of the Judah coaching staff, Coach K is looking forward to sharing his 20 years of experience and passion while focusing on maintaining the integrity of America's Pastime.
